Therefore, controlling impurities in brown corundum has a direct impact on the quality performance indicators of brown corundum. The smelting equipment for brown corundum is divided into fixed furnace and pouring furnace, and the alumina content in the produced brown corundum blocks will also vary depending on different parts of the furnace. Usually, first grade block materials with a content of 94-95 are used as the material for manufacturing brown corundum first grade sand. The higher the content of alumina in brown corundum, the higher its technical indicators such as hardness, toughness, and grinding force.
